just one of the many activities of run (reaching the unchurched network) is publishing several articles a month on missional themes. sometimes lighthearted, often touching on emerging church and always with a mission-focus, they’re currently looking at using web2.0 to foster church community.
you have to sign up to get access although rumour has it that they may be making older articles available for free before long. take a peek at: http://www.run.org.uk/sprint/sprintmaghome.aspx
jonny baker’s worship tricks kicked into a third series in may and are going as strong as ever with several ideas and reources added in the last month. if you’ve not checked these out before, why not?! go to: http://jonnybaker.blogs.com/jonnybaker/worship_tricks_series_thr.html
from the homepage of this interesting project:
Truth be told, ‘one size fits all’ really doesn’t fit anybody – not very well, at least - especially when experiencing new forms of church.
Over the next twelve months we invite you to journey with us in our attempt to capture to film what God is up to in Canada on our shift as the church. Focusing primarily on church plants and other new forms of church, this initiative is not a ‘how to’ but rather a ‘how it is’. Our hope? To discover, encourage and connect church leaders and communities…and have a little fun in the process.

An interesting sounding US-based project has just been announced:
“The Wikiklesia Project is an on-line, self-organizing, collaborative, virtual publishing event that has been completed from start to finish in just days.
Voices of the Virtual World: Participative Technology and the Ecclesial Revolution explores the growing influence of technology on the global Christian church. In addition to the writing of Thomas Hohstadt, the book includes more than forty influential voices. A press release can be found here: (http://wikiklesia.wikidot.com/press-release-volume-one) and the book can be ordered here: (http://stores.lulu.com/wikiklesia) All profits go to charity.“
